Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs: You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Order Processing Time: All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday for off the shelf items are processed and dispatched in 1-3 business days.
All orders placed that require custom engraving or personalization will be dispatched in 5-7 business days.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes: Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders: Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for purchasing our products at ctcustomdesign.com. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Custom engraved and personalized products are not eligible for return. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
